6 Proven Herbs To Lower Cholesterol Naturally

Using herbs to lower cholesterol is very appropriate since they are known to have antioxidant properties that can protect blood vessel walls and overall health. While using a herb to lower cholesterol is highly recommended, it is not wise to start taking in herbs as a replacement for a particular medication.
